HONORING MORE THAN 200 YEARS OF HISTORY

Recreating the historical BOVET timepiece on the wrist, the Monsieur Bovet comes in the patented Amadéo convertible case. Designed as a timepiece the Bovet brothers — Edouard, Alphonse, Gustave, and Charles-Henri – would be proud to wear if they were in Switzerland today, hence the name “Monsieur Bovet.” This timepiece is an elegant reimagining of the finely-finished pocket timepieces for which BOVET became justifiably famous.

DEEP, RICH DIALS

The dials of the Monsieur Bovet, and all BOVET timepieces, are true masterpieces. The Lotus Flower or other guilloche patterns are covered with up to eight layers of lacquer, which have to be fired in the oven between each layer. The result are deep, lustrous dials you can get lost in.

The Monsieur Bovet, launched in 2015 as part of BOVET’s Fleurier collection, honors the brand’s founding brothers while showcasing modern haute horlogerie innovation. Housed in a versatile 43.1mm x 12.7mm Amadéo Fleurier case crafted from Grade 5 Titanium, 18K red or white gold, it transforms effortlessly—without tools—into a wristwatch (worn on either face), pocket watch, or desk clock.

7 DAYS OF POWER RESERVE

Powered by the in-house hand-wound movement, the Monsieur Bovet delivers an impressive 7-day/168-hour power reserve from a single barrel—a testament to BOVET’s energy mastery. Dual-sided timekeeping shines with hours and minutes on both faces (reversed hand-fitting on back), patented double coaxial seconds (two counter-rotating wheels on one axis), and a power reserve indicator, all framed by off-center guilloché dials in colors like teal blue, turquoise, or green.

A TRUE ICON

This collector’s icon blends neoclassical elegance—symmetrical bridges, Geneva stripes, blued screws, and beveled edges—with practical genius, echoing 19th-century BOVET pocket watches while nodding to Pascal Raffy’s vision for multifunctional luxury. Special editions (limited to 10-60 pieces) often feature bespoke dials.
