At the House of BOVET, innovation is a discipline, a way of thinking that guides every creation from its origin to completion. Each timepiece is conceived as a coherent whole, shaped by intention rather than by the accumulation of ideas.
Rooted in traditional watchmaking yet driven by the refusal of fixed limits, innovation at BOVET seeks balance: mastering complexity while delivering clarity, purpose, and emotion. Technical ingenuity is never an end in itself, but a means to enhance precision, reliability, and the relationship between a watch and its owner.
By uniting crafts and disciplines from the earliest stages of creation, BOVET defines a vision where heritage and invention move forward together, shaping the future of watchmaking with rigor and uncompromising elegance.
The Bovet family legacy is further carried forward with the involvement of Ms. Audrey Raffy, whose passion for Haute Horlogerie rivals that of her father. Together, they continue to guide the Maison along a path defined by technical brilliance, continuity, and enduring excellence.
Through tireless commitment, long-term strategy, and a clear vision, Mr. Pascal Raffy has elevated the House of BOVET to the highest level of the watchmaking arts.
Deeply involved in every creation, he personally oversees each timepiece, ensuring that every masterpiece reflects the House’s uncompromising standards of engineering and craftsmanship.
In 2006, driven by the ambition to revive the legacy of the Bovet brothers, Mr. Pascal Raffy acquired the manfuacture from which he was purchasing tourbillon movements. He quickly integrated the BOVET dial manufacture and moved to verticalize the BOVET production process. That same year, Mr. Raffy acquired the Château de Môtiers, a listed historical monument, and the home of the Bovet family for more than 100 years, from the State of Neuchâtel, and established BOVET’s first assembly workshop there, as well as BOVET’s HQ.
Together, these actions were conceived to restore BOVET as one of the rare fully integrated Manufactures, capable of mastering every essential stage of fine watchmaking under its own roof.
